Mindfulness is a perfect way to bring balance into your life and there is no better time to do this than now!
Debbie’s mindfulness courses are systematic training where you learn how to live life differently. You learn skills to become aware of what you are doing and techniques to prevent you from becoming overly reactive or overwhelmed by what’s going on in your mind, body or around you. It’s a perfect way to improve your wellbeing & to reduce anxiety, stress, low moods, chronic pain and so much more.
All courses start with a free orientation session. Sessions run over nine weeks starting from 17th January 2022 in Isfield Village Hall but also at Horsted Spa, East Sussex National, Uckfield & at Perrymount Clinic, Haywards Heath.
You will learn mindful meditation and mindful movement. There will be psycho-educational training which includes topics such as mindful -eating, -communication and -relationships; which are typical triggers that affect mental & emotional health.
