Brighton's Katie Price Back In Court For Latest Driving Hearing

Katie Price's rap sheet continues to lengthen, with a retrospective driving misdemeanour set to finally be heard in court tomorrow (Tuesday).

The Brighton-born celebrity's violation occurred when she was caught driving well over the limit in a 60mph zone on the A24.

Last September saw the 44-year old handed a suspended sentence after crashing her BMW on the B2135 near Partridge Green in September last year.

It is reported that Sussex Police caught her speeding on Monday, September 13.

She was given a 16-week prison sentence, suspended for 12 months, with 100 hours of unpaid work and a series of rehabilitation activity requirement sessions scheduled within the next 12 months.

In addition, she was disqualified from driving for two years and ordered to pay £85 costs.

The artist formerly known as Jordan avoided going to prison on the condition she completed a stay at The Priory rehabilitation clinic.

The latest indiscretion also sees her accused of failing to provide police with details of who was driving.

If found guilty, Ms Price will face up to six further penalty points on her suspended licence.
