Coronavirus: The Latest Figures For Sussex (Wednesday 20)

Here's the latest update on coronavirus figures for Sussex, including the total number of cases, hospital deaths and deaths outside hospitals recorded.

As of Wednesday (January 20), the total number of confirmed coronavirus cases by Upper Tier Local Authority is:

Brighton and Hove: 11,841 - up 560 since last Wednesday
East Sussex: 24,948 - up 1,421 since last Wednesday
West Sussex: 31,625 - up 1,942 since last Wednesday

Sussex Total: 68,414 - up 3,923 since last Wednesday

The number of cases in several key areas of Sussex, and any change from last Wednesday (January 13):

Brighton and Hove: 11,841 - up 560
Eastbourne: 5,185 - up 397
Hastings: 5,178 - up 177
Lewes: 3,814 - up 224
Rother: 4,206 - up 197
Wealden: 6,565 - up 426
Horsham: 4,492 - up 228
Mid Sussex: 5,568 - up 244
Adur: 2,259 - up 155
Worthing: 3,951 - up 259
Arun: 5,831 - up 434
Chichester: 3,659 - up 258
Crawley: 5,865 - up 364
