A Brighton taxi driver has been charged with possession of a Class A drug with intent to supply, following a search of his taxi.
Officers from the Specialist Enforcement Unit (SEU) deemed that the driver was "driving suspiciously" in Lewes Road at 8.30pm last Saturday (Sept 25).
Following a search of his vehicle, officers uncovered 30 bags of cocaine.
Lumture Spahiu, 27, of no fixed address, was charged and appeared before Brighton Magistrates’ Court on Monday (September 27).
He was remanded in custody and will next appear before Lewes Crown Court on October 25.
