Police are trying to trace a significant amount of property stolen during a burglary in West Sussex last month.

According to officers, two units at Roundstone Farm in Littlehampton Road, Ferring, were broken into on December 6 between 1am and 6.30am.

Gardening, landscaping and construction equipment was among items stolen, along with a white transit van with red and green signage.

CCTV footage reveals two people at the location wearing balaclavas and gloves.

A 34-year-old man from Worthing was arrested on suspicion of burglary but later released under investigation.

DC Jordan Holmes said:

"We are keen to hear from anyone who may have seen or been offered these stolen goods or who has any information which can further assist our investigation.

“We have been conducting lines of enquiry into this investigation, which has resulted in the arrest of a 34-year-old man from Worthing on suspicion of burglary.

"He was also further arrested on suspicion of possession of small quantities of class A and class B drugs. The man has been released under investigation.”
