Areas including East Grinstead, Burgess Hill and Cuckfield have experienced no water or intermittent supplies since the weekend.

UK Power Networks confirmed that some customers in Sussex were without electricity on Friday morning due to storm-related damage.

Visitors are being urged to stay away from parts of the Sussex coastline as Storm Goretti brings dangerous conditions to the area.
