Hurst Community Charity Shop

Hurst Community Charity Shop was founded on March 5, 1995, and later gained charitable status in August 1999, serving Hurstpierpoint, Sayers Common, and Albourne. Over the years, it distributed nearly £1 million equally between the community and the church. Beneficiaries include St. Lawrence School, local groups, and events. Volunteers are welcome, and grants are available for groups seeking financial support. The shop’s existence symbolises the spirit of community in Hurstpierpoint, a journey driven by dedication and goodwill.
