Do you know a local hero in Sussex?

Across our fabulous county, we know there are a number of extraordinary people who are not getting the recognition they deserve: whether that's caring for a partner, looking out for a neighbour, working for the community, raising money for a good cause or any other inspirational activity.

Whatever it is these local heroes are doing, we want to know, and now you can nominate them for a special award! Just fill in our nomination form below. Nominations close on 22nd June.

The More Radio Breakfast Team will then select the shortlisted winners, with the awards being presented to them during the Breakfast show LIVE by Tom, Lou and Jack on Friday 11th July, taking place between 8am and 10am at our studios based at Hickstead Showground!
