A 23-year-old man has been given an indefinite hospital order after admitting the manslaughter of a man in Worthing.

Taylor Mitten, of Lindum Road, pleaded guilty to manslaughter on the grounds of diminished responsibility at Hove Crown Court in September.

His 25-year-old brother, Jack Mitten, died at an address in Lindum Road, Tarring, on 3 September last year.

Taylor Mitten was arrested two days later and initially charged with murder.

He was sentenced at Brighton Crown Court on 22 October, receiving an indefinite hospital order under the Mental Health Act.
