A fire at Hove's Eaton Court late last night (Aug 9) was reportedly attended to by eight pumps with two people needing to be rescued from a fourth-floor flat.
East Sussex Fire and Rescue attended the scene at 11.29pm, with firefighters from Brighton, Hove, Roedean, Lewes and crews from West Sussex FRS.
The two residents were handed over to ambulance crews.
The cause of the fire is as yet unknown.
