Worthing Pride To Return This Summer With Headliners Boyzlife

Worthing Pride returns to the town on July 5 & 6 at Steyne Gardens.

Organisers have announced that the event will be headlined by Boyzlife on Friday 5 with Keith Duffy & Brian McFadden providing hits from Boyzone and Westlife. They'll be supported by Capital Dance DJ and X factor finalist Sam Lavery.

Saturday 6 features 911 headlining with support from The Cheeky Girls, Booty Luv, The 411 and Drag Race UK winner Danny Beard.

This year's event is set to the biggest fundraiser to date, which organisers say will 'provide essential local community engagement and visibility within the LGBTQ+ community'.

Director Gary Richardson, said:

"I am thrilled to announce the 6th Annual Worthing Pride event for our town. Each year we are becoming more and more visible nationally! This is essential to show that our town is a safe space for your LGBTQi+ community and we are able to provide a line up of acts that most national prides would be proud to deliver.

"It's essential we continue each year to develop pride in to a full community event where it raises awareness of issues while also support our local economy. Worthing is fast becoming the best local town to visit with huge investment from business brining a much needed rejuvenation to our town."

As usual, the event will include a bar, food traders, a community stand and business showcases.

Event times: Friday 6pm-11pm. Saturday: 1pm - 11pm.
