A man has been jailed for nine years and six months after a passenger was killed in a high-speed crash on the A23 in West Sussex, where speeds reached up to 129mph.

Police are appealing for witnesses after a private ambulance overturned and an SUV caught fire in a dramatic A23 crash near Pease Pottage.

He failed a roadside DrugWipe test, and was therefore arrested and charged with dangerous driving, possession of cannabis and drug-driving.
