Voucher Terms and Conditions

Available to Hidden members only. One voucher includes up to £100 of food and drink in the restaurant for two (you will be required to pay the difference if spending over £100 in the restaurant), an overnight stay and full English breakfast for two. Overnight room is based on two people sharing. Offer is valid subject to availability and the room stay is not transferable. The booking will be made within the current COVID-19 Government guidelines.

To redeem your voucher and book, please call 01892 770278. You will need to quote your name and the unique ID number on your voucher. You may also be asked to bring your voucher in a print or electronic format when attending. 

Vouchers are valid for purchase until the end of March with bookings to be taken by the end of April 2022.

Please note that vouchers are non-refundable unless an event, product or service booking is cancelled or postponed. 

If an event, product or service booking is cancelled by the organiser prior to taking place, then we will automatically issue refunds to all those who have purchased vouchers. Please allow up to 10 working days for the refund to be processed following the initial announcement. 

If an event, product or service booking is postponed, or significant changes are made that we feel will decline the quality of the event and warrants the offer of a refund, then a member of our team will be in touch to offer you a refund with a deadline of responding. Important: This email will be sent to the email address you have registered with Hidden. Please ensure you check your inbox regularly, including your junk and spam, for any updates in relation to this event. Refunds will not be given after the deadline offered has expired.
