Emergency services were called to a collision on the A259 in Lancing this morning (January, 6). Police said a pedestrian was struck by a vehicle in Brighton Road, near Beach Green, at around 7.20am. An air ambulance was deployed to the incident at 7.33am. Officers said road closures were in place in both directions for more than two hours, also causing delays in nearby areas.
