A27 Closed After Vehicle Overturns On Hampshire-Sussex Border

A stretch of the A27 is closed in both directions this morning following a vehicle overturn.
The closure affects the road between the A259 near Emsworth and the A259 near Chichester.
National Highways confirmed the incident happened shortly after 06:00 GMT.
The road is likely to remain closed for several hours.
Drivers are being advised to follow diversion routes: eastbound traffic is being diverted off at the Emsworth Interchange onto the A259 eastbound, while westbound traffic should leave the A27 at Fishbourne Roundabout onto the A259 to rejoin the A27.
