Firefighters Tackle Overnight Blaze In Worthing

Police remain at the scene of a fire which broke out at a sheltered housing complex in Worthing in the early hours.
West Sussex Fire and Rescue Service sent four crews to Sompting Road in Broadwater shortly after 4am to deal with the blaze.
Police vehicles were later seen outside Glawood House, a sheltered housing complex containing studio flats.
Sussex Police says officers are continuing to investigate the circumstances surrounding the fire.
A partial closure of Sompting Road remains in place while emergency services continue their work.
