Man Charged After Spate Of Shoplifting Incidents At Crawley Co-Op

A 32-year-old local man has been charged after persistent shoplifting at the Co-Op in Maidenbower, Crawley.
Simon Rogers-Davis, of Lucas Close, Maidenbower, was charged with the seven thefts and will appear before Crawley Magistrates’ Court on 18 July. He has been bailed with conditions not to enter the store unsupervised.
The arrest and charge follows partnership work between the Co-Op, the Neighbourhood Policing Team, divisional response officers and the Business Crime Team.
Sussex Police continues to work with its partners to combat business crime by preventing offending and holding perpetrators to account.
