Fire crews spent the early hours of Monday morning tackling a dramatic bus blaze at a petrol station on Brighton Road, between Lewes and Falmer.
East Sussex Fire & Rescue Service was called just after 2am, after flames from the bus spread to the shop on site. Fortunately, no one was hurt in the incident.
Four fire engines from Preston Circus, Hove and Roedean rushed to the scene.
Firefighters wearing breathing apparatus used foam jets, an aerial ladder and a main jet to bring the fire under control, with the operation wrapping up just after 5am.
