Police Investigate Fire At Bexhill Barber Shop

Police are investigating a fire at the front door of a barber’s shop in Endwell Road, Bexhill.
Emergency services were called at 21:54 on Friday (17 April), with East Sussex Fire and Rescue Service extinguishing the blaze, which started in the shop’s doorway.
Two people in a flat above the premises safely escaped and were assessed by paramedics at the scene, with no injuries reported.
Detective Inspector Mors Lambert said enquiries are ongoing, and officers are appealing for witnesses or anyone with relevant CCTV, doorbell or dashcam footage to come forward.
