More than £13,000 has been raised for a Nutley family after their cottage was destroyed in a fire.

Olly Room and his sons returned home on Friday to find their house engulfed in flames.

A fundraiser launched by local resident Eva-Amihan Nielsen is helping cover emergency accommodation, vet care for injured pets, and essential belongings.

Two of the family’s dogs remain in critical care after Olly ran into the burning property to rescue them. Two others tragically died.

Olly said he had been overwhelmed by community kindness in the days since the fire.

Organiser Eva-Amihan said the family face “a rebuild from nothing” following the loss of their home and pets.

When Subway Surfers first launched in 2012, it was a simple endless runner. Today, it has evolved into a global phenomenon with millions of daily players. The addition of new characters, hoverboards, special missions, world tour locations, and seasonal events has made the game richer and more engaging.
