Swan Walk Shopping Centre in Horsham has fully reopened, 11 weeks after a glass panel fell from its ceiling.

The centre was closed on 12 July after an object struck a glazing panel, causing it to fall. Nobody was injured.

Following an investigation into the damage, safety netting was installed underneath the glazed areas to protect shoppers and retailers.

The centre then began reopening in phases throughout August and September, with shops that didn't require customers to walk beneath the affected areas opening first.

The shopping centre says the netting installation, which began in late August, was completed ahead of schedule.

All retailers have now reopened, apart from the Horsham District Wellbeing unit, which is due to reopen on Monday.
