Ten Thousand Tins is back for 2025, and we need YOUR help to donate by filling our drop-off points!

Over the past few years, More Radio has looked to collect Ten Thousand Tins of food annually for food banks and charities across Sussex.

 

It continues to be a challenging and uncertain time for all of us, with a continuing rise in the cost of living, and many families are struggling to make ends meet more than ever before. One in five people in the UK live below the poverty line, many of whom rely on foodbanks to get by and feed their families.

 

Our annual Ten Thousand Tins campaign has been one way in which we've tried to help those families, and this hugely important initiative helps to support FareShare Sussex & Surrey food banks by collecting tins and raising awareness.

If the name hasn't given it away, we're aiming to reach 10,000 tins of food for FareShare, by asking you to fill our drop-off points at supermarkets across Sussex! You can find our drop-off points on our map below, plus if your workplace would like to donate and drop off tins at our studios, let us know by filling in our form below!
