Grand Prize – Terms & Conditions
The Grand Prize at the fabulous Malmaison Brighton consists of:
- Dinner for two (2) people
- One night's accommodation in a Club Sea View Room
- Breakfast for two the following morning at the fabulous Malmaison Brighton
Prize Terms & Conditions
1. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.
2. Advance booking is required and is subject to availability at the time of reservation.
3. For stays during July and August, bookings are available Sunday to Thursday only.
4. For stays from September onwards, bookings are available any night of the week, subject to availability.
5. The prize must be redeemed on dates agreed with Malmaison Brighton and cannot be guaranteed for specific dates.
6. Dinner for two consists of 3 courses and a bottle of wine up to the value of £30 (per couple)
7. Any additional food, beverages, room service, parking, or incidental charges not included within the prize package are the responsibility of the winner.
8. The prize is subject to the standard booking terms and conditions of Malmaison Brighton.
9. The promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value should circumstances beyond its control make this necessary.
BYD for the Weekend – Competition Terms & Conditions
By entering this competition, participants agree to the following terms and conditions:
Eligibility
1. The winner must be 25 years of age or older at the time of vehicle collection.
2. The winner must hold a valid full UK driving licence.
3. The winner must have no more than three (3) penalty points on their driving licence.
4. The winner must not have been subject to any driving disqualification or ban within the previous five (5) years.
5. The winner will be required to provide their driving licence and any additional documentation requested by BYD Brighton or its insurer
before the vehicle can be released.
Insurance & Liability
6. The vehicle will be insured for the agreed loan period, subject to the insurer's eligibility criteria.
7. The winner will be responsible for an insurance excess of £500 per claim in the event of any accident or insurance claim during the loan period.
8. The winner accepts responsibility for the cost of repairing any minor damage incurred during the loan period, including but not limited to:
- Wheel scuffs or kerb damage
- Parking dents
- Scratches
- Any other cosmetic damage not covered by an insurance claim
Vehicle Collection & Return
9. The vehicle must be collected from BYD Brighton on Friday from 4:00pm (16:00).
10. The vehicle must be returned to BYD Brighton by 10:00 am on the following Monday.
11. The vehicle must be returned in the same condition in which it was supplied, allowing for reasonable wear and tear, and with any agreed fuel or battery charge level as advised at collection.
General
12. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and no cash alternative will be offered.
13. BYD Brighton reserves the right to withdraw, amend or refuse the prize if the winner does not meet the eligibility requirements or fails to comply with these terms and conditions.
14. BYD Brighton reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time where reasonably necessary.
