There are now just two months to go until Brighton & Hove Pride returns for its 35th anniversary celebrations.

The event, supported by Hayu, will take place on Saturday 1st and Sunday 2nd August 2026, with organisers promising a packed weekend of entertainment under this year's theme, The Power of Love.

Pride On The Park will feature a line-up including Diana Ross, RAYE, Holly Johnson, Melanie C, Leigh-Anne, Jessie J and Self Esteem. RuPaul and Paris Hilton will also appear as part of the festival's 2026 Icons slot.

At the heart of the weekend is the annual LGBTQ+ Community Parade, which will begin at Hove Lawns.

More than 125 groups are expected to take part as Brighton & Hove Pride marks its 35th year.

The parade will once again celebrate the themes of protest, unity, freedom, love and joy, bringing together community groups from across the city and beyond.

The Dance Arena will return with a programme curated by State of Us. Purple Disco Machine will headline on Saturday, while Armand Van Helden tops the bill on Sunday.

Other artists announced for the Dance Arena include The Blessed Madonna, HAAi, Daniel Avery, Girls Don't Sync and I Jordan.

Beyond the main stages, Pride On The Park will feature a range of entertainment spaces and attractions, including Legends Cabaret, The Cocoa Butter Club, Queer Town and Party Bag.

New additions for 2026 include Bears In The Woods, Queer Soap Box and Outro, alongside family-friendly areas and community spaces.

The Kemptown Street Party will also return to Marine Parade, showcasing Brighton's LGBTQ+ venues and performers.

The line-up includes Gok Wan, Bimini, Freemasons, Bailey J Mills and Woody Cook, with multiple stages, cabaret performances, music areas and bars planned throughout the event.

Brighton & Hove Pride is one of the UK's largest Pride celebrations and will return to the city on 1st and 2nd August as it marks its 35th anniversary year.
