Brighton & Hove Pride has unveiled a major wave of new acts for its 2026 “Pride on the Park” festival – with global star Paris Hilton and pop icon Holly Johnson among the headline additions.
The event, which takes place on Saturday 1st and Sunday 2nd August, will once again transform the city into one of the UK’s biggest celebrations of LGBTQ+ culture.
Paris Hilton has been confirmed as the Sunday main stage icon, bringing her signature style and energy to Brighton, while Holly Johnson – frontman of Frankie Goes to Hollywood – will take on the Legends slot, fitting this year’s theme of “The Power of Love”.
Also joining the main stage line-up are Leigh-Anne, G Flip and Moonchild Sanelly, alongside a DJ set from Melanie C.
Dance music fans are also in for a treat, with big names added to the dance arena including The Blessed Madonna, HAAi, I. Jordan and Hannah Wants.
They will be joined by Bimini, Daniel Avery, Patrick Mason and Girls Don’t Sync.
They join an already packed bill featuring headline performances from RAYE and Diana Ross, as well as appearances from Jessie J, RuPaul, Self Esteem and Five.
Organisers say Pride on the Park will once again offer far more than music, with multiple stages and immersive areas across the site.
These include Legends Cabaret, The Cocoa Butter Club, Queer Town and Party Bag, alongside new additions for 2026 such as Bears In The Woods, Queer Soap Box and Outro.
Family-friendly spaces will also be available.
This year marks a significant milestone as Brighton & Hove Pride celebrates its 35th anniversary.
The annual community parade will launch the weekend under the theme “The Power of Love”, highlighting unity, equality and the ongoing fight for LGBTQ+ rights.
The celebrations also reflect on the city’s Pride history, which began in 1973 with the Sussex Gay Liberation Front, before evolving into the major international festival it is today.
Managing Director Paul Kemp said the 2026 event feels “incredibly special”, adding that the line-up reflects a wide range of talent across generations and promises an unforgettable weekend.
More acts are expected to be announced in the coming weeks.
