A supply teacher who worked at a primary school in East Sussex has been banned from teaching after appearing in sexually explicit online content.

The Teaching Regulation Agency said Lyndi Corston, 61, featured on adult websites under the description “granny schoolteacher” while working at Rye Community Primary School through an agency.

The report also found she had an OnlyFans account where she shared nude images.

Corston admitted her actions were unacceptable and apologised.

Investigators noted she had an otherwise unblemished career and did not create content during school hours.

The report added that children were not directly impacted.

Concerns were raised in September 2024 when a colleague noticed an OnlyFans notification on her phone.

Corston confirmed she had an account, which was not in her own name, and later closed it when asked.

Further concerns were reported in January 2025 after her agency, Engage Education, was notified she had appeared on a pornographic website.

Although the Teaching Regulation Agency said there was limited first-hand evidence, Corston consistently accepted responsibility and signed a statement of agreed facts.

The agency concluded her actions were voluntary and fell short of the standards expected of a teacher, who is required to act as a role model.

She has now been prohibited from teaching, although the ban can be reviewed in 2028.

A spokesperson for Rye Community Primary School said it took immediate action and referred the matter to the relevant agencies, adding it remains committed to maintaining high professional standards.

Corston and Engage Education have been approached for comment.
