Elderly Driver Taken To Hospital After Car Crashes Into Rustington Nursery

An 80-year-old woman has been taken to hospital after a car crashed into a nursery in Rustington, West Sussex.

Emergency services were called to Woodlands Avenue at around 9am on Saturday following reports that a vehicle had driven into the building.

Sussex Police confirmed the driver was injured in the incident and was taken to hospital for treatment.

Officers have launched an investigation into the circumstances surrounding the crash and are appealing for witnesses.
