Man Fighting For Life After E-Scooter Crash In Brighton

A man is in hospital with life-threatening injuries following a crash involving an electric scooter in Brighton.
Sussex Police say the 34-year-old was injured at around 3pm on Saturday in Davey Drive.
Emergency services attended the scene and the man was taken to hospital, where he remains in a critical condition.
Officers have launched an investigation into the circumstances of the crash and are carrying out house-to-house enquiries in the area.
Anyone who witnessed the incident, or who has dashcam or CCTV footage from Davey Drive around the time of the crash, is being urged to contact Sussex Police.
