Plans For 12 Industrial Units To Be Considered in Henfield

Plans to build 12 industrial units in Henfield have been submitted to Horsham District Council.

The application, from SABBG Holdings Ltd, seeks permission to develop an 8.43-acre site west of Shoreham Road, opposite Henfield Business Park.

If approved, the units will be split between four buildings for light industrial use and storage, with a new access onto Shoreham Road.

A statement submitted with the application said: “The site redevelopment will help play a part in the future economy of the area, providing a sustainably located employment scheme that offers good access to customers, suppliers and workforce.

“The development will attract new investment from occupiers and create a significant number of new jobs across a broad range of skills.”
