Residents and visitors are being invited to discover poetry in unexpected places as Crawley Writers’ Circle brings back its Poetry Trail for this year’s Crawley WordFest.
The group received £500 from the council’s Community Grants programme to support the initiative, which sees original poems by local writers displayed at locations across the town – including the Town Hall for the first time.
Organisers say the trail aims to make poetry more accessible while celebrating local talent and encouraging people to explore Crawley in a new way.
The poems will remain on display throughout March and April, with a map available online and at participating venues.
