Queen Victoria Hospital in East Grinstead is joining an expanded NHS hospital group in a move aimed at strengthening services and improving patient care.

People across Sussex are being urged not to put off seeking medical help during this week’s NHS resident doctor strikes.

The strike is part of a long-running dispute over pay, with the British Medical Association calling for a long-term plan to increase resident doctors’ salaries.
